Terms & Conditions

Please read the following carefully : - - - - - - You are required to arrive on time for each session so that the Trainers full training plan is achieved on each visit. If lateness occurs frequently, necessary action will be taken and you may lose out on your time slot. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your session, you will lose that session and still be charged.

PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire )is required to be completed truthfully before your 1st session. You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to inform your trainer of any conditions or changes to your health, which may affect your ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.

It is then at your trainers discretion to postpone the session, if your trainer believes you to be unfit for exercise that day. If you sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in training, you acknowledge that your trainer is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by gross negligence or intentional act.

Your trainer cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions. - - - - - - - - - 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY - 24 hours notice of cancellation or postponement is required for ALL training sessions. Notice of less than 24 hours will incur full payment for the full session.

 

Once purchased, the sessions are non - refundable and non transferable. Payments are taken via direct debits. Please note that if you provide less than 24' notice, your session will still be deducted from your chosen package (including 1 offs). In the event that I need to cancel a session, I will reach out to you promptly to arrange a suitable alternative time.

Packages lasting 3 to 6 months must be paid once a month and are non-refundable. Packages lasting 3 to 6 months start from the first date of purchase and must be completed by the end of the agreed package.

It is understood that all information taken is for your trainers professional use and will be protected under the Data Protection Act 1998. This is a legal binding document that is subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish /​English courts.
